Bhel, Pani Puri, Samoosa, Ragdha Pattice & Indian version of a large salad bar with a variety of compound salads DHAI BHALA (to be displayed in Stem Glasses) Lentil Dumpling with Yogurt in a  wine glass

Lentil crepes filled w/ a choice of potato ,  eggplant , or pulled chicken tandoori w/ onions & peppers

FOOD STATIONS WILL BE SCATTERED throughout the Convention floor to encourage
            attendees at the booths on the trade show floor.  Currently diagram shows 70 rounds (12 ppl per
            table).  High boys will be placed throughout the Trade Show floor.  If we have any open space, we 
            will drop draped cocktail rounds with chairs –this will need to be determined after we finalize the
            Trade Show floor layout.
